The development, a temporary storage facility, was c. 170m west of ecclesiastical remains (SMR 6:5) and a rectangular enclosure site (SMR 6:12). The soil-stripping consisted of the removal of topsoil varying from 0.25m to 0.6m deep, over an area measuring c. 130m x 75m. No features, remains or deposits of archaeological significance were encountered.
