Twelve trenches were mechanically excavated to natural, undisturbed levels during pre-development testing. No conclusive in situ archaeological remains were revealed.

As a result of the proximity of the proposed development to extant archaeological sites, it was recommended that all ground disturbance at the site be monitored by an archaeologist during the construction phase.
