Testing was undertaken at a site in Bunratty West, Bunratty, Co. Clare, in advance of the proposed construction of a commercial/tourism village. Ten trenches were opened across this greenfield site, varying between 30m and 50m in length. No finds or features of an archaeological nature were uncovered during the testing.
