No archaeological significance

Monitoring of topsoil-stripping associated with realignment of the R132 at Colp Cross, Co. Meath, was carried out in July 2008. The area was adjacent to an early medieval settlement excavated in 2007 (Excavations 2007, No. 1288). No features of archaeological interest were found during the course of the works.
